THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 445 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF MINNESOTA
      EASTERN WINONA

THIS WARNING INCLUDES INCLUDES THE CITY OF WINONA.

RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 15 MILES WEST OF THE
CITY OF WINONA AT 4 00 PM CDT.  THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA THREATENED BY THE STORM...GO TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY
RAIN...AND LIGHTNING.
