THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA
          ...EAST CENTRAL MOBILE
 
AT 1218 PM THE MOBILE SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED THAT A TORNADO HAD
TOUCHED DOWN ON BELLINGRATH ROAD IN MOBILE CAUSING TREE DAMAGE.
IT WAS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST.
 
THE STORM WILL EXIT MOBILE COUNTY JUST SOUTH OF THE BROOKLEY
AIRPORT AND MOVE INTO MOBILE BAY.
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A
BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
