FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA
          ...SOUTHERN BALDWIN
 
AT 227 PM THE BALDWIN EMA REPORTED A WATERSPOUT 6 MILES EAST OF
FORT MORGAN MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS WATERSPOUT
WILL MOVE ONSHORE THE FORT MORGAN PENINSULA DURING THE NEXT FEW
MINUTES AND MAY COME ASHORE AGAIN AROUND WEEKS BAY.
