FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA
          ...CENTRAL MOBILE
 
AT 1000 PM CDT MOBILE RADAR INDICATED A STRENGTHENING CLUSTER OF
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IN AND AROUND THE MOBILE AREA.
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS HAVE REPORTED FLOODING AMONG SEVERAL
BUSINESSES IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA. HEAVY RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE ACROSS THE CENTRAL PORTIONS OF MOBILE COUNTY DURING THE NEXT
HOUR.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
