EASTERN FAYETTE AND EFFINGHAM AT 230 PM CDT VANDALIA POLICE REPORTED A TORNADO NEAR VANDALIA AND ILLINOIS STATE POLICE REPORTED BASEBALL SIZE HAIL JUST EAST OF VANDALIA. THE STORM PRODUCING THE TORNADO AND HAIL WAS IN EASTERN FAYETTE COUNTY...JUST EAST OF VANDALIA AND 20 MILES WEST OF EFFINGHAM AT 230 PM MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.
