THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 445 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF NEBRASKA
      DUNDY

AT 415 MDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL WAS
REPORTED AT BENKELMAN NEBRASKA MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.  THIS WOULD
PLACE THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 41 MILES NORTH OF GOODLAND KANSAS.

IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA THREATENED BY THE STORM...GO TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR STRONG DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY
HEAVY RAIN...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.

REMEMBER...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A
TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT!!

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...
LARGE HAIL GREATER THAN1 3/4 INCH IN DIAMETER...DEADLY LIGHTNING
AND VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT CAN FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA QUICKLY.

REPORTS OF SEVERE WEATHER OR DAMAGE CAN BE GIVEN TO A LAW
ENFORCEMENT AGENCY FOR RELAY TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.
