THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF INDIANA
      SOUTHERN DEKALB...SOUTHEAST NOBLE

AT 230 PM EST STATE POLICE REPORTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
15 MILES NORTH OF FORT WAYNE OR NEAR CORUNNA NEAR US 6. THIS
STORM WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

PEOPLE IN THE AREA AROUND THE  TOWN OF SPENCERVILLE
SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND NEAR WINDOWS.
DO NOT USE TELEPHONES OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNTIL THE STORM HAS
PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD AVOID LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
