FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 AM CDT (400 AM EST)
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA

IN SOUTHWEST INDIANA

TONIGHT AT 1150 CDT RADAR WAS STILL SHOWING A LARGE AREA OF RAIN AND
THUNDERSTORMS OVER MOST OF SOUTHWEST INDIANA. FLOODING WAS STILL
OCCURRING THROUGHOUT THESE COUNTIES. THIS LARGE AREA WAS MOVING TO THE
EAST AND WILL CONTINUE TO WORSEN THE FLOODED AREAS IN THESE SOUTHWEST
INDIANA COUNTIES. MOST OF THE SIGNIFICANT RAINS WILL HAVE PUSHED ON
EAST OF THESE AREAS BEFORE 4 CDT TUESDAY MORNING.
 
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AT LEAST TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES HAVE FELL
THROUGHOUT THESE COUNTIES.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN W8ATER BEGINS RISING.
