FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN CENTRAL KANSAS

AT 720 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN EASTERN
MCPHERSON COUNTY ABOUT 40 MILES NORTH OF WICHITA. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
HAVE A HISTORY OF HAIL UP TO ONE AND ONE-HALF INCHES. MOVEMENT WAS TO
THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THE TOWNS OF LEHIGH AND GOESSEL WILL BE
AFFETED BY 745 PM. IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES...TAKE SHELTER
IMMEDIATELY.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
