THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      SEDGWICK...NORTHERN SUMNER...THE CITY OF WICHITA

AT 1145 PM CDT THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING EXTREMELY HEAVY RAIN
EXTENDED SOUTH TO NORTH ACROSS SUMNER AND SEDGWICK COUNTIES...
THESE STRORMS WERE PRODUCING RAIN AT THE RATE OF 2 TO 3 INCHES
AN HOUR WITH OVER AN INCH AT MID-CONTINENT AIRPORT IN WICHITA
BETWEEN 1120 AND 1145.
THE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO LAST UNTIL AT LEAST 1230 AM CDT
AND TOTALS IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES ARE LIKELY.

 RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS IN THE WARNING AREA WILL LIKELY FLOOD
STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS. BE CAREFUL DRIVING AND DON/T TRY TO
