THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF MISSOURI
      EASTERN LINN...MACON

AT 900 AM CDT A TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND AT MARCELINE IN LINN
COUNTY...25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF KIRKSVILLE.  THE STORM WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.  IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THE
TORNADO TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY...
GO TO YOUR BASEMENT OR A3N INTERIOR ROOM SUCH AS A CLOSET OR BATHROOM
ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  GET UNDER SOMETHING STURDY. AVOID WINDOWS AND
