THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOLEDO HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO
          ...SENECA

AT 825 PM... STORM SPOTTERS SPOTTED A FUNNEL CLOUD ALONG ROUTE 19 NEAR
BLOOMVILLE.. LOCATED IN SOUTHEAST SENECA COUNTY. THE FUNNEL WAS ALOFT
AT THE TIME IT WAS SPOTTED BUT COULD TOUCHDOWN. RESIDENTS IN THE
VICINITY SHOULD KEEP ALERT FOR THREATENING WEATHER. MOVEMENT WAS ERRATIC
BUT APPEARED TO BE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 25 MPH.
