SENECA COUNTY SHERRIFS DEPARTMENT REPORTED A TORNADO 4 MILES NORTH OF
BASCOM AT 710 PM EDT. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST ABOUT 25 MPH.
 
WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AT 715 PM... INDICATED THE TORNADO PRODUCING
STORM TO BE JUST NORTHWEST OF TIFFIN MOVING EAST AROUND 25 MPH.
