THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL
3 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING NEW YORK COUNTIES...

    ERIE    NIAGARA   AND ORLEANS

AT 11 AM RAINFALL OF 1.71 INCHES WAS REPORTED AT GETZVILLE NEW YORK
NORTHEAST OF BUFFALO.  SOME STREET FLOODING HAS BEGUN IN THE BUFFALO
AREA.  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE AREA INTO
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

REMEMEMBER...WATER ON ROADS CAN BE VERY DECEPTIVE.  UNDERPASSES CAN
FILL QUICKLY.  DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED AREAS.

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS? IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
