THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL
400 PM FRIDAY FOR PEOPLE ALONG OATKA CREEK IN GENESEE AND MONROE
COUNTIES.

AT 5 AM EDT TODAY FRIDAY MAY 12TH THE OATKA CREEK AT GARBUTT WAS
NEAR 5 AND A HALF FEET AT THE RIVER GAGE. FLOOD STAGE IS FIVE FEET.
SOME ROADS AND LOW LYING AREAS MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING.

PERIODS OF SHOWERS ARE LIKELY TODAY.
