AT 120 AM CDT...INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED JUST WEST OF
WILLMAR MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. TOWNS IN THE IMMEDIATE PATH OF THE
SEVEREST THUNDERSTORMS INCLUDE NEW
LONDON..REGAL..BELGRADE..PAYNESVILLE. THESE TOWNS WOULD BE EFFECTED
BETWEEN 130 AND 2 AM THIS MORNING. IN STEARNS COUNTY..ALBANY AND ST.
CLOUD CAN EXPECT THE SEVERE WEATHER AFTER 2 AM CDT.
