AT (5 PM    )  A  (TORNADO    ) WAS OBSERVED IN WESTERN BROWARD
WEST OF HIGHWAY 27 NEAR GRIFFIN ROAD . RADAR INDICATED A STRONG
THUNDERSTORM IN THIS VICINITY MOVING NORTH ABOUTN 10 MPH.
