   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      WESTERN CHEYENNE

AT 119 PM MDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND 10 MILES
NORTHWEST OF SIDNEY NEBRASKA. THE STORM PRODUCING THE TORNADO SHOWED
LITTLE MOVEMENT.
