THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  115 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTH ALABAMA
          ...PERRY
 
AT 1212 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED JUST
EAST OF GREENSBORO. THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING HAIL
AND HAIL FELL IN THE CITY OF GREENSBORO. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING
TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
 
ALSO THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR GREEN AND
HALE COUNTIES.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
