THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM EDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF
 
SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY... OCEAN
 
...AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.
                                                                         
AN INTENSE THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR MC GUIRE AIR FORCE BASE AND MOVING 
EAST AT 20 TO 25 MILES AN HOUR. 
STRONG GUSTY WINDS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...HAIL AND HEAVY DOUNPOURS 
ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS STORM. 
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM AND PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD
PREPARE FOR STRONG DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN
AND LIGHTNING.  SHOULD THE STORM APPROACH YOU...SEEK IMMEDIATE
SHELTER.  MOBILE TRAILERS HARE MOST VULNERABLE TO HIGH WINDS AND
SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
