THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 140 AM EDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF
 
WEST CENTRAL NEW JERSEY... MERCER                                        
                                                                         
AT 930 PM AUTOMATIC RAIN GAGES NEAR THE ASSUNPINK CREEK INDICATED THAT
RAINFALL OF 3 TO 4 INCHES HAD OCCURRED IN THAT AREA SINCE THIS 
MORNING.  NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF HEAVY RAIN
OVER SOUTHERN MERCERCOUNTY...AND HEAVY RAIN COULD CONTINUE IN THAT 
AREA FOR THE NEXT HOUR OR SO. 
                                                                         
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IN OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.        
                                                                         
IF YOU GET ANY INDICATION THAT FLOOD WATERS ARE APPROACHING MOVE TO      
HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
