UNTIL NOON CDT FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA
         ...SOUTH MOBILE...SOUTH BALDWIN

MORE THAN 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER SOUTH MOBILE AND
BALDWIN COUNTIES AND RADAR INDICATES THAT 2 TO 4 INCHES ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE BY NOON.

ROADS AND BRIDGES IN THE WARNING AREA ARE DANGEROUS....AND SOME ARE
IMPASSABLE.  DO NOT DRIVE IN THE WARNING AREA UNLESS IT IS ABSOLUTELY
NECESSARY.
THIS IS AN UNUSUALLY DANGEROUS FLASH FLOOD SITUoATION...DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO WALK OR DRIVE THROUGH WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.  IT
