THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 AM CST FOR MOBILE COUNTY IN ALABAMA.

AT 335 AM CST THE MOBILE SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED THAT A DAM WAS
CRUMBLING ON A 4 ACRE POND ALONG LOTT ROAD ABOUT A MILE AND A HALF
NORTHWEST OF SCHILLINGER ROAD IN MOBILE COUNTY.

AS THIS DAM CRUMBLES A DANGEROUS FLASH FLOOD COULD AFFECT PORTIONS OF
THE EIGHT MILE AREA.
