THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  630 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTH FLORIDA
          ...NORTHEASTERN HENDRY
 
AT 525 PM EDT THERE WAS A PUBLIC REPORT OF A TORNADO TOUGHDOWN IN
NORTHEAST HENDRY COUNTY. AT 530 PM EDT MIAMI WEATHER RADAR INDICATED
A CLUSTER OF SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS OVER CENTRAL AND EASTERN HENDRY
COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. CONDITIONS WILL
REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR TORNADOES OR FUNNEL CLOUD FORMATION DURING THE
NEXT HOUR OR SO. IF THREATENING WEATHER IS SIGHTED GO SAFE SHELTER
IMMEDIATELY. NOTIFY THE NEAREST POLICE AGENCY OR NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE OFFICE.
 
IF YOUR ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO..THE SAFEST PLACE IS UNDER A
PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE IN AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.
USE BLANKETS OR PILLOWS TO COVER YOUR BODY.  AVOID WINDOWS.  DEADLY
LIGHTNING..HAIL..AND VERY HEAVY RAIN ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN THIS STORM.
