EFFECTIVE UNTIL  300 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA
          ...SOUTH BROWARD...

AT 2 PM A TORNADO WAS REPORTED TOUCHING GROUND IN THE VICINITY OF
THE CITY OF DAVIE. THIS TORNADO WAS OBSERVED BY LOCAL RESIDENTS AND
REPORTED TO THE BROWARD COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE. RAPIDLY BUILDING
THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS TORNADO WILL MOVE EAST THROUGH
BROWARD COUNTY THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
