A TORNADO WAS REPORTED AS OCCURRING AT 425AM EST IN SOUTH DADE NEAR
280TH STREET AND SOUTHWEST 162CD AVENUE. RADAR INDICATED STRONG THU
NDERSTORMS IN THE AREA MOVING EAST NEAR 30 MPH.
