          ...EASTERN AND SOUTHERN EDDY /WHICH INCLUDES THE CITY OF
             CARLSBAD/.
 
AT 800 PM MDT...GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED IN THE VICINITY OF
CARLSBAD CAVERNS NATIONAL PARK BY AN EDDY COUNTY SHERIFF/S DEPUTY.
THE THUNDERSTORM CONTAINING THE LARGE HAIL IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25
MPH AND WILL CROSS THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.  HEAVY RAINS ARE ALSO
ACCOMPANYING THE STORM.  TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUATIONS IMMEDIATELY.
