THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

NORTHEAST NEBRASKA...MADISON AND STANTON

AT 540 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS SPOTTED SOUTHWEST OF MADISON AND
AREA MOVING TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH.  FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE ALSO BEEN
SPOTTED TO THE SOUTHWEST OF THE NORFOLK AIRPORT AND SOUTH OF
BATTLE CREEK.  PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD SEEK SHELTER
IMMEDIATELY.

PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER
IF POSSIBLE...OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.
