THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 115 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN...NORTHERN MANITOWOC

A TORNADO WAS REPORTED AT 1230 PM JUST WEST OF FRANCIS CREEK
IN NORTHERN MANITOWOC COUNTY WHICH IS ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHWEST
OF MANITOWOC. A ROOF WAS BLOWN OFF OF A HOUSE IN THAT AREA.
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 35 MPH. PERSONS IN MISHICOT
AMD NORTHERN MANITOWOC COUNTY SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.

IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES YOU..TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY
A BASEMENT..INTERIOR HALLWAY OR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR IS THE
SAFEST PLACE IN MOST BUILDINGS.  GET UNDER SOMETHING STURDY.
