AT 450 PM CDT SEVERAL FUNNEL CLOUDS WERE REPROTED 10 MILES SOUTHWEST
OF MITCHELL NEAR ETHAN SOUTH DAKOTA. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 20 MPH.
