EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1010 PM CDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF
 
SOUTHWEST KANSAS... NORTHERN MORTON
 
AT 9 PM CDT TWO TORNADOES WERE REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC JUST TO THE
NORTHWEST OF RICHFIELD.  APPERENT MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST.
 
THIS TORNADO WAS EON THE GROUND AND CAUSING DAMAGE.  ALL PEOPLE NEAR
THIS DANGEROUS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
