THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 705 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTHEAST OHIO...COLUMBIANA

A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS OBSERVED BY A SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTER 6 MILES
NORTH OF EAST LIVERPOOL NEAR FREDERICKTOWN. THIS POSSIBLE TORNADO
WAS MOVING EAST AND WILL BE IN THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY 705 PM EDT.

PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS SHOULD GO INDOORS TO THE LOWEST
FLOOR AND STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS AND DOORS.  PROTECT YOUR HEAD AND
CHEST.  TRY TO PUT AS MANY WALLS BETWEEN YOURSELF AND THE STORM AS
POSSIBLE.
