THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...POTTER...MCKEAN...ELK AND CAMERON

PERSISTENT HEAVY RAINS OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST
PENNSLYVANIA HAVE CAUSED FLOODING IN MCKEAN..ELK AND POTTER
COUNTIES. THREE FEET OF WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THE STREETS
OF ELDRED IN NORTHEAST MCKEAN COUNTY. FLOODING HAS ALSO BEEN
REPORTED ALONG THE CLARION RIVER IN ELK COUNTY. WITH MODERATE
RAIN CONTINUING IN SOUTHERN ALLEGHENY COUNTY OF NEW YORK STATE
FLOODING COULD EXTEND AS FAR SOUTH AS CAMERON COUNTY LATER
TONIGHT.
