SOUTHEAST LYON AND WESTERN HALF OF COFFEY...INCLUDING JOHN REDMOND RESERVOIR AT 5PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF NEOSHO RAPIDS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 40 MILES AND HOUR.
