THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF


CENTRAL KANSAS...LINCOLN...RUSSELL AND ELLSWORTH

AT 550 PM CST A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS FROM 20 MILES NORTHEAST OF
RUSSELL TO 15 MILES SOUTH OF RUSSELL MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT.  THIS WARNING IS FOR THE DAMAGING
WINDS AND LARGE HAIL OF A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.  TORNADOES REMAIN
POSSIBLE FROM THIS AND OTHER STORMS...HOWEVER.

THIS STORM WILL LIKELY DROP HlAILSTONES 3/4 INCH OR LARGER AND
PRODUCE WINDS 60 MILES AN HOUR OR STRONGER.
