THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1240 PM EDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF
 
SOUTHEAST OHIO... PERRY
 
AT 1140 AM EDT THE COLUMBUS RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN
EASTERN FAIRFIELD COUNTY MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS STORM
WILL MOVE INTO CENTRAL PERRY COUNTY DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
THE FAIRFIELD COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTS TREES DOWN JUST NORTH OF LANCASTER
AND PLANES OVER TURNED AT THE FAIRFIELD COUNTY AIRPORT.

THIS STORM HAS PRODUCED HEAVY RAINS.. DAMAGING WINDS AND DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING.
