000 TTAA00 KMSP 152315 SVRMSP MNC129-127-160000- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MINNEAPOLIS MN 615 PM CDT SUN JUN 15 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...WESTERN RENVILLE AND NORTHERN REDWOOD AT 605 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST SOUTH OF THE CITY OF GRANITE FALLS MINNESOTA IN EXTREME EASTERN YELLOW MEDICINE COUNTY. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVNG EAST AT 25 MPH. SOME CITIES IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE REDWOOD FALLS AND OLIVIA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE STRONG DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE H+AIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. ALSO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IF ONE IS SPOTTED. RICHARDSON
