THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 520 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

CENTRAL MINNESOTA.. EASTERN STEARNS AND WESTERN SHERBURNE INCLUDING
THE CITIES OF ST CLOUD COLD SPRINGS AND KIMBAL

AT 415 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED AN NORTHEAST TO SOUTHWEST LINE OF
INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS FROM NEAR LITTLE FALLS MINNESOTA..35 MILES
NORTH OF ST. CLOUD..TO PAYNESVILLE  MINNESOTA..30 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
ST CLOUD. MOVEMENT OF THESE INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WAS EAST AT 25
MILES AN HOUR..

LARGE HAIL..DAMGEROUS LIGHTINING..HEAVY RAINFALL..AND DAMAGING WINDS
CAN BE EXPECTED FROM SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. 

REMEMBER THESE STORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH
LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING SO BE ON THE LOOK OUT.
