THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND 
SPECIAL MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 230 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE 
FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA...FLAGLER AND NORTHWEST VOLUSIA
...THIS WARNING ALSO INCLUDES THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS FOR THE
COUNTIES JUST MENTIONED

RADAR DETECTS SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOUTHEAST MARION
COUNTY MOVING TOWARD NORTHWEST VOLUSIA COUNTY AND FLAGLER
COUNTY.  THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST 45 MPH.

IF YOU ARE IN OR NEAR THE WARNED AREA GET TO A REINFORCED SHELTER
AND PREPARE FOR STRONG DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL..VERY HEAVY RAIN..
AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING. BOATERS SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO
