SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN...NORTHERN WAUKESHA

AT 356 PM CDT..A SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED A VERY ACTIVE
FUNNEL CLOUD AT HIGHWAY P..1 MILE SOUTH OF MAPLETON. THIS IS
LOCATED 27 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF MILWAUKEE.

IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES YOU...TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
A BASEMENT..INTERIOR HALLWAY OR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR IS THE
