EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 AM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

ARKANSAS...CRITTENDEN AND EASTERN ST. FRANCIS

AT 1255 AM CST, A TORNADO WAS  REPORTED JUST EAST OF FORREST
CITY ARKANSAS. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 60 MPH.

 THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY !
