THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTY OF

WEST TEXAS...KENT

AT 927 PM RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
IN SOUTHERN KENT COUNTY 10 MILES SOUTH OF CLAIREMONT. THE
TOWN OF HARMONY IN SOUTHEASTERN KENT COUNTY APPEARED MOST
THREATENED AT THIS POINT. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA SO REMEMBER
THESE STORMS CAN OCCASIONALLY PRODUCE TORNADOES.


THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND LOW-LYING AREAS.
