THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  300 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES:
 
IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI
          ..CLARK..SCOTLAND

AT 155 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS CROSSING THE MISSOURI IOWA BORDER INTO THE WARNED AREA.
THIS SEVERE STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS OR LARGE
HAIL AS IT MOVES SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILE AN HOUR.
 
 
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE, SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND, LARGE HAIL, VERY HEAVY RAIN, AND
