000 TTAA00 KLBF 120116 TORLBF NEC111-120130- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED/EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NORTH PLATTE NE 816 PM CDT FRI JUL 11 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA...CENTRAL LINCOLN AT 812 PM CDT A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED BY OIC NATIONAL WEATHER OFFICE SOUTH OF NORTH PLATTE..MOVING NORTH. INCHE HAIL WAS REPORTED 5 MILES WEST OF NORTH PLATTE IF YOU ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A NREINFORCED BUILDING. THIS TORNADO WILL HIT NORTH PLATTE. TAKE COVER!"
