THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 545 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTHEAST NEBRASKA...EASTERN KNOX

AT 515 PM A TORNADO WAS THE KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF 7 MILES WEST
OF CROFTON MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH.

SEVERAL REPORTS OF BRIEF TORNADO TOUCHDOWNS HAVE BEEN RECIEVED
IN EASTERN KNOX COUNTY.

 PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER
IF POSSIBLE...OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.

 THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION...PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF
STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY IN A BASEMENT SHELTER OR IN THE
CENTRAL PART OF THEIR HOMES.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
REINFORCED SHELTER.

  A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTILL 1100 PM CDT.
