000 TTAA00 KJAN 182038 COR TORJAN MSC015-163-051-182130- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED/EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE JACKSON MS 231 PM CST TUE MAR 18 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI...CARROLL AND YAZOO AND HOLMES AT 230 RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO LOACTED 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF YAZOO CITY. IT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO..GO TO A BASEMENT OR A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING. STRONG WINDS AND LARGE HAIL HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPORTED WI'TH THIS STORM. PEOPLE IN ITS PATH SHOULD BE PREPARED TO TAKE QUICK ACTION IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES.
