EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTHEAST INDIANA...NORTHERN ADAMS

AT 706 PM EST A TORNADO WAS REPORTED 7 MILES NORTH OF
DECATUR INDIANA MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 30 MPH.

PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW
 GROUND..IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE..GO TO A SMALL CENTRAL INTERIOR
 ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
 FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.
