EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

NORTHEAST INDIANA...WELLS...ADAMS AND SOUTHERN ALLEN

AT 6.60 PM EST A TORNADO WAS REPORTED NEAR OSSIAN INDIANA
OF NORTHEAST INFIANA. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NE
AT 30 MPH.

PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW
 GROUND..IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE..GO TO A SMALL CENTRAL INTERIOR
 ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
 FOR A REINyFORCED BUILDING.
