EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

WEST CENTRAL INDIANA...CLAY AND OWEN

AT 900 PM EST RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM SOUTHEAST OF BRAZIL..
20 MILES EAST OF TERRE HAUTE.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT. TAKE NECESSARY
PRECAUTIONS AGAINST FLOODING IMMEDIATELY.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM ON FOOT OR IN A VEHICLE,
RAPIDLY RISING WATER MAY SWEEP YOU AWAY.
