EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

CENTRAL ILLINOIS...LOGAN AND DE-WITT

AT 105 AM A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED 5 MILES NORTH OF LINCOLN.

FUNNEL CLOUDS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PROD-UCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE
OR NO ADVANCE WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE
TO A PLACE OF SAFETY.
